十年“铸”书

《美国立体剪裁与打版实例》上衣篇及裙裤篇

作为一名服装从业者，我曾多次徘徊在国内外服装专业的书架旁，执着地寻找一本能完整教授从立裁到版型制作的技术书，可每次都失望而归。专业的书很多，要么只讲立体裁剪，要么单谈版型制作，就是没有把两者有机地结合起来细述整个过程，这是刺激我写书的很大一个动机。

2017年，我撰写的《美国立体剪裁与打版实例》终于出版了。该书凝聚了我17年的设计师品牌运营经验和20年国际品牌打版经验。从起草到出版总共花去了十年时间，真是十年铸一剑。

I used to rummage through the book shelves, trying to find a technique book that systematically demonstrates draping and how to turn the draping into pattern. Though there were lots of books about pattern making or draping, but none of the books combine the two methods. It provoked me to write this book.

In 2017, "The US Draping & Pattern Making Technologies" I wrote was finally published. I put my seventeen-year brand running experience and twenty-year pattern making experience into the book. As a Chinese saying goes, “it takes ten years to sharpen a sword”, it also took me ten years to complete the book.

该书共两册，分上衣篇和裙裤篇，通过操作实例全面解析国际制版的思维与实操技法。我很乐意将我的经验分享给同行和新人，为的是前人种树，后人乘凉，回报我的祖国。希望更多这个行业的人可以从此书获益。

It consists of two volumes. The first volume covers tops and the second volume covers pants and dresses. It demonstrates the international pattern making techniques via cases. I am very willing to share my experience with my peers and the young people in this industry. I hope more people can benefit from this book.
